  This location gave me contradicting information that caused so many issues for me. First they tell me to call a day before removing a vehicle from the policy and then when i did that, they said that I called too late and the payment will be charged anyway. They did this twice. I hope this place shuts down. The young people working there lack experience very much and have no customer service skills. They lose their customer service skills once they assume you locked into their insurance. Unfortunately I had to call the actual insurance company and they recommended that I change brokers. Listen to the reviews and search else where. I paid for 2 months of insurance on a vehicle I no longer had because of the run arounds and the fact that they did not care to listen or assist me when I needed the help which was supposed to be there job. They are focused on getting the clients but not keeping them.

  Me and my dad went to get auto insurance at this location everything was fine. 1 month prior to my policy expiring, I was involved in a car collision. 4 months into the initial phase of finding who was at fault I find out that I was dropped due to non-payment. When we did our contract we had told the broker that we wanted to do a 6 month plans which meant that I would be paying every six months. We paid up front $400 dollars so apparently the broker did not take the payment. My theory is he kept it to himself and its not the first time this company has done that. Their Anaheim location which is now closed, was closed to begin with because they were keeping payments for themselves and not reporting them to the insurance companies. Oh, and the broker also gave the insurance false information regarding our address and contact number so that when they dropped us we would never find out and he would never get caught. He has since changed his contact number. BEWARE!!!
