  lived here for 1 year and needed to move out!
  
  CONS - nieghbors were very noisy, parking was rediculous, washer and dryers didn't work all the time. They would leave your clothes wet after a full cycle. The place also has very thin walls. bugs are in every unit, made friends with some of the nrighbors not even in my building and they had bugs too!
  
  PROS - hot water for your shower all the time, you can't take a cold shower. friendly staff and maintenace workers.
  Just not worth it, find something else. it's worth a little more in rent to live somewhere else, ever wonder why rent is so cheap here.....
