  Receptionist/face of the brand is absolutely awesome. Unfortunately I cannot say that about their technicians (or at least one technician).
  Pedicure was great but the lady who did my manicure was terrible. She left gel polish streaks, misshaped nails (they were my real nails unfortunately, so grew them out for nothing...), nails started to break the next day, Swarovski diamond fell off and bubbles in the gel polish. Went back 2 days after and same thing happened, AGAIN. Very unpleasant experience.
