  It has changed ownership and management at least 3 times since I moved my things into the unit in mid 2014. And with each change came a higher price of the unit which is to be expected however there is a rather significant rodent problem and many of my valuables have been damaged said result. Not only did management not care, they didn't even bother to acknowledge my complaint.
  My biggest issue is the fact that I've paid an additional $10 a month for 4 years for insurance that is mandatory and pointless.
