  Great shoes, terrible customer service. It was hard to tell if they even were open because the "open" sign was turned off. Pointed this out to an employee, who did nothing to turn it on. Music was blaring, aisles were blocked, no offer to move a single thing was made, to allow passage of a wheel chair. Just an altogether unwelcoming experience. Not really thanked for our purchase, no help given with opening the shop door to exit in the wheelchair. It felt as if we were bothering them!
