  I stood at the lingerie department register for a good 5 minutes, waiting for someone to help me. Another group came up after me and stood to the side. When the lady finally showed up, she helped the other people first and didn't even acknowledge me, even though I was standing there in plain sight. Another associate saw how I was being treated and apologized, then helped, but it left a bad taste in my mouth. I'd rather drive a little further and go to the one in the South Coast Plaza

  One the one hand, one of the sales people really took third time in trying to find a jacket for me. She looked everywhere, and was friendly. Also they took a return from me, but told me that technically there were no returns if I took tags off, which I had done. Bought a returned a jacket in 20 minutes after deciding it wasn't for me. But I bought another jacket, which I still have. And, it was hard to find someone to take my money, had to go way away from the area I found my second jacket to pay.
