  Do not go here!
  I am new to the state,and I went to Hi Tech to get my new plates, tags and smog check. I spoke to Sean and he said it would be no problem. He told me that it would take a day or two to be done and the price seemed fair, so we proceeded. However when I came back in a couple days all he said was it wasn't his fault that it wasn't done because his office assistant was having problems. There continued to be problem after problem, for weeks. It was the dmv's fault, he was on vacation, his co-worker was on vacation, somebody was sick... IT HAS NOW BEEN ONE MONTH AND ONE DAY SINCE HE ORIGINALLY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE ONE DAY and I still have nothing but excuses from him! I went back today and asked for a refund, Sean told me no, that need to wait even longer!! He also told me that he didn't care that it had taken so long, and that he didn't care that I didn't have my plates! Yep! Can you believe that, Sean, as the owner, told me that he did not care that I paid him for plates and that he didn't have them a month later! He actually had the audacity to tell me not to be upset because it made me look bad!
  If I could give Hi Tech 0 stars I would. This is a very unprofessional business and Sean is an unprofessional business owner. I advise everyone do not take your car here.
