  I've used this service on three different occasions and so far there's been one rude interaction. Like someone else mentioned, there's a young woman with very curly dark hair who is the definition of rude and unapproachable. When I got to the window to ask for an exchange she made no effort to acknowledge me then gave me the rudest look when I asked for assistance. The only words I ever heard from her were "How much are you exchanging?" and when she was counting my money. Luckily, that was my third visit so I already knew I could bring back to foreign money to have exchanged back to USD with receipt because she made no attempt to tell me anything. Will not be visiting again
