  Awful customer service, the guys are very unorganized and looks like they are lost. Had placed a phone order a day before and they told my part would be here the next day. When I arrive I was waiting in the front counter for 10 minutes before anyone helped me. When finally helped I told the rep I had placed an order over the phone yesterday and my part should be here. When I had gave him my phone number her looked surprised, he asked if I had used a different phone number and I told him that's the number I have given George to order my part. Well apparently George didn't order my part so it never came in. I was so upset I wanted to speak to the manager. Well apparently the manager was not there he had left with home with a stomach ache. Really!!! well I left and I'm not going back. I went to OCAP and they had the part I needed, they are way better and very customer service oriented.
