  They have THE WORST customer service. I filed a claim for a tablet for my son and I have been receiving the run around. One rep says one thing and another rep says something different. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and she never called me back. The rep that answered this morning has told me that the supervisor had notated the account that she would not be calling me back, because I had already spoken to a customer service rep. I asked to be transferred to that supervisors higher up and they said they could not help me. What kind of insurance company is this? DO NOT USE ASSURANT.

  Was disappointed to find that upon replacing a broken phone, I had no say in the replaced phones color. My broken phone was black. I received a white phone. I do not like white phones, but was told I have no choice. I feel this is poor customer care.
