  Don't hold their appointments. Called to schedule an appointment for my son and requeste time off work. They had me waiting for 1hr...and the end they told me the doctor couldn't see my son.

  I've always been treated with respect. some staff are more compassionate than others - but given the sick & grumpy people they serve, that's above and beyond expectations. seriously, have you gone to a doctor's office and not felt sick or grumpy?
